1. Lock Change and rekeying
2. Winterizaiton (all types)
3. Grass Cuts, Shrubs trimming and exterior cleanup
4. Debris Removal and Trash Out
5. Boarding, tarping and securing properties
6. Providing detailed bids with breakdown of material price and labor price
7. Reporitng Damages and identifying additional work opportunities
8. General Repairs
What you will need ot get started:
1. Standard perservation tools and safety gears
2. Lawn care equipments (Mower, weed eater etc)
3. Truck and trailer
4. Generator, air compressor and pressure gauge
5. Preservation supplies (HUD locks, anti-freeze, plywood, tarps etc)
