Arts Apartments at West Napoleon has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Maintenance Tech.
Duties:
Prepare units to move-in ready condition
Performs various community maintenance functions
Responds to resident service requests and issues
Maintain activity log
Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
1+ years of maintenance, make ready, painting, pool and HVAC experience
HVAC certification a PLUS
MUST be able to perform on-call responsibilities
