HVAC Technician Needed
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts or components
-Complete necessary documentation and communication for each job
-Communicate effectively with customers upon request
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- Current EPA certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment repair
- Proficiency in air conditioning system design and installation
- Minimum 2 years experience with installation and troubleshooting systems
- Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices
- Ability to perform field service calls and work independently
- Basic plumbing skills for connecting HVAC systems to water lines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
