We are looking for a Licensed Architect to join our 34-year-old Round Rock based firm.

We work on many project types including: financial, medical (small hospitals, clinics and

eye doctors), retail, religious, education (private schools), municipal and county

governmental, fire stations, residential - single family, office, restaurant, tenant finish-

out, warehouses, industrial.

Salary commensurate with experience and abilities. Benefits – Health Insurance,

Required Qualifications:

 Licensed Architect with minimum of five years of experience.

 Proficient in AutoCad

 Revit knowledge a plus

 Experience with computer 3D modeling using Sketch-Up or other programs.

 Fluent in the English language.

 Excellent written verbal and communication skills.

Applicant should have strong design experience, be self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction,

and be sensitive to deadlines. Applicant should have leadership characteristics and a collaborative

mentality. The demonstration of strong attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn new

things/ask questions will fit well in our small office environment.

Job responsibilities would include:

 Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

 Assist with the management of client expectations, budgets, schedules, and programs; project

communications and documentation.

 Serve as a point of contact with clients, consultants and contractors and assist with bringing

projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with client satisfaction.

 Generate architectural design concepts.

 Generate, prepare and manage development of architectural design and construction drawings.

 Help with the generation of project specifications.

 Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all consultant disciplines

 Attend project meetings and coordinate the completion and distribution of meeting minutes.

This is an in-office job.
