Looking for a handyman able to level this property and paint

I'm looking a reliability with good equipment & Talent to level this property and paint it on the outside, Taking bids until Saturday at 10:00am must be able to start and complete the job with in 5 days of signing the contract, Budget $2,000 with 25% to start, all paint will be supplied by owner 75% will be paid at the completion of the work.
