Monitors patient status and provide patient care during surgical treatment.Responsibilities: Insures a complete setup for anesthesia services in all anesthetizing locations. Cleans, disinfects, sterilizes all anesthesia equipment. Assists anesthesia personnel with preparation/placement of IV fluids, regional anesthesia techniques, physiologic monitoring, airway equipment, and anesthesia machine set up/troubleshooting Assists with transport of monitored patients. Seeks opportunities for professional growth and development. Maintains a safe environment complying with NLH policies and procedures; reports and directly addresses environmental hazards and violations of patient safety policy and/or protocol when involved or observed.
