Busy business owners looking for personal assistant to help with as needed tasks on a part time basis when in Maine. More time in the summer, as needed through the rest of the year.
Duties include:
Driving (ie: airport pick up / drop off and throughout stay)
Grocery shopping / stocking fridge for owner stay
Meal preparation and clean up while owner in town
Laundry, house, misc. cleaning
Making reservations
Vendor coordination and payment (ie: landscape scheduling, handyman walk through, etc.)
Shopping
Returns
Making / unmaking beds
Dog walking / watching / bathing on occasion (she's a friendly golden retriever)
Childcare (very minimal, owners do not have kids. Only when extended family visit)
Checking on house during off season
Collecting mail / packages
Organizing
Other duties as assigned
Schedule flexible though no guarantee of hours.
Absolute discretion is required. Must be trustworthy.
Must have valid drivers license and up to date insurance.
Expenses will be covered.
