Excellent long term opportunity at Maine Medical Center Sanford Campus. This campus serves and inpatient behavioral health care program with approximately 40 beds and Emergency services patient dining. Our campus serves a large workforce in our cafe dining room and offers a 24 hour self service program. In the last few years we have completely upgrade the kitchen cooking line with all new equipment and did a full renovation of our cafeteria. We are looking for a strong culinarian with excellent business and management skills to take over a program that has established quality menu's and a long term staff of dedicated workers. This is a hands on position that oversees the daily management of the department and fills in when and where necessary to accomplish the goals of the Nutrition Services team. As part of MaineHealth you will be using all your best skills in a setting that is primarily Monday to Friday day shifts serves high quality from scratch menu items and offers generous time off and competitive salary.
