LINE POSITION - seeking a creative, hard-working, and motivated individual to join the team. We give our line cooks the opportunity to create dishes using the best ingredients that Maine has to offer, sourcing from a multitude of local farms. To be eligible for this position you must have 2+ years’ experience and your own knives. This is a full time position, with two consecutive days off each week. - This is an afternoon/evening position.
