Forage is a busy bakery and cafe. We started in Lewiston and expanded to a second location on inner Washington Avenue in Portland. We are known for exceptional bagels and the breakfast sandwiches we make on them. The bagels are sourdough fermented and baked in a large wood fired oven. All our food is made from basic ingredients with plenty of time to create great flavor.
