Thistle & Grouse, a Upscale Casual Restaurant in the Old Port of Portland, is seeking skilled Servers, Food Runners, and Host to round out our already amazing team!
Our Chef/Owner Bobby Will, works diligently to source the best ingredients locally, and seasonally to curate a unique spin on upscale casual food.
Our bar is driven by a Craft Cocktail menu that is inventive but approachable. Several Maine Centric Craft Beers and an excellent wine list round out the beverage program.
We are seeking team players. People passionate about the industry. Individuals that understand food and want to be a part of a restaurant that thrives to be the best it can be. Professional, Polite, Organized, Dependable are what we seek.
Food Runners and Host with the right attitude can grow with us, possibly becoming servers and bartenders with training.
Dinner Shifts are Wednesday through Sundays 3pm to Close (usually no later than 10/11pm)
Brunch Saturdays and Sundays, 9:30am to 3pm
