We're hiring a female Screening Test Technician to cover vital screening collections across Waldo, Knox, and Lincoln Counties. This role requires some local travel, strict adherence to protocol, and strong interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do:
Travel as a team with a male Screening Test Technician within Waldo, Knox, and Lincoln Counties to designated sites for confidential sample collection.
Perform professional, directly observed urine collections, strictly following all rules and maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Ensure flawless accuracy in all client paperwork and digital documentation (CoC/lab slips).
Handle essential computer tasks, manage emails (Outlook), and utilize digital tools including MATS’ proprietary portal and Microsoft OneDrive for reporting.
We're Looking For:
Exceptional attention to detail—this is critical for accuracy.
A mature, assertive manner to ensure testing rules are followed.
Strong PC skills and comfort with using apps for file management and reporting.
High level of reliability, dedication, and initiative.
Must be able to pass a background check.
