Job Responsibilities: You will be assigned a route where you will monitor parking lots to ensure compliance with parking rules, including issuing parking notices for non-compliance. Must be reliable and hard working with a strong drive to beating expectations.
All our employees are hired as a part-time employee (W2), base salary and generous incentives provided. Your payment will consist of commission paid on each parking charge written. Training will be paid hourly.
Excellent Job for Retirees looking to supplement their income or some one looking for extra income. Part time mornings and/or Evenings. Average of 25-30 hour a week.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old.
Must have and maintain a dependable vehicle.
A valid state-issued drivers and good driving history.
Auto liability insurance.
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
Ability to interact with other in a courteous and tactful manner.
Ability to exercise proper judgment in dealing with customers and the general public.
Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
