Atlantic Structural is a leading regional structural services company with an immediate opening for an energetic and resourceful Executive Assistant. This position will work with, and undertake the goals and objectives of, the COO. Training will be provided.
These goals and objectives include:
Various business development directives;
Working with a CRM platform;
Handling of administrative tasks in furtherance of management team mandates.
Requirements:
High character and reliability;
Good ambassador of company;
Possession of strong communication and organizational skills;
An ability to effectively prioritize tasks;
Manage Google Work Groups, Drive;
Some data entry;
Various administrative tasks.
This is Full Time employment position with early potential to become a remote or semi-remote position. There is considerable career development opportunity. This will develop into an administrative position with greater earning potential for the right candidate.
Current compensation ranges between $38,800 and $56,400 annually based upon experience.
