ARISTELLE (award-winning luxury lingerie retailer) is looking for a service-oriented retail-savvy person to manage its store on upper Exchange St. in the Old Port. Very attractive compensation package. Candidates will be self-motivated, customer-focused, have prior retail experience and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
Operations:
Manage all aspects of store operations and merchandising (including inventory management)
Perform all operational procedures in accordance with Operations Policies and practices
Maintain store appearance (windows, themes)
Sales:
Provide a satisfying, full-service shopping experience to customers
Stay informed of current fashion trends in lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear
Oversee online sales channels (aristelle.com and Amazon)
Plan and supervise special events (e.g.-bra-fitting parties, etc.)
Staff:
Train, motivate and coach employees
Evaluate staffing levels to maintain maximum productivity and sales effectiveness
Plan weekly staffing schedules
