We are looking to bring on a leadership level team member who loves food and community to help manage our Brighton Ave market!
In this position, you can expect to:
-Lead by example and support retail team members in their growth and development.
-Drive market success by growing sales and reducing shrink.
-Lead continuous improvement efforts in your market.
-Work hands-on with produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods and dry goods from here and away.
-Engage and educate our customers about what makes our local products so unique and special.
-Collaborate with co-workers on stocking, packing, and merchandising projects to create a consistent and curated experience across our markets.
Applicant Must-Haves:
-Some evening and weekend availability.
-A passion for all food but especially local food.
-Strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others grow and develop.
-Strong focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
-Strong hospitality, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
-Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
-Computer proficiency.
-Strong change management skills and the ability to adapt to change quickly.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Ability to give, receive and apply feedback.
-Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
-Ability to stand for the majority of shift.
