Job Summary:
-Engaging with clients over the phone to schedule appointments.
-Educating clients on various program options through Zoom presentations.
-Conducting in-depth needs assessments to customize coverage based on individual circumstances.
-Building and nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring clients’ needs evolve with their changing life circumstances.
-Resolving client concerns in a timely, friendly manner, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
-Setting and analyzing personal and departmental goals related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
-Actively participating in weekly team meetings for ongoing development and collaboration.
-Staying current with industry trends and insurance products to deliver the best possible solutions.
-Networking and seeking opportunities to expand the client base, particularly within family-oriented communities.
