We are a construction company primarily doing work in Midcoast Maine. Our Company is dedicated to sound building practices. We are mindful of the impacts different construction techniques have on the performance and longevity of buildings. The nature of our projects includes construction management for residential and commercial remodels, additions, and custom home building.

We are dedicated to developing a cohesive team of employees built around a positive work environment.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Leads renovation project from purchase of materials, planning of schedule, and execution of renovation.

Implements quality control checks throughout the project.

Resolves problems, recommends addendum as project transpires, and executes changes as needed.

Works hands-on on site alongside their team to make each workday an efficient use of time and resources.

Reports hours and costs daily for accurate tracking throughout the project.

Teaches and guides on-site crew members, as needed to successfully complete the project.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

2+ years carpentry experience.

Necessary physical stamina and the ability to do all on site work as needed.

Ability to work with, use and maintain power construction tools and equipment.

Diligent attention to work safety to avoid injury for self and entire team.

Extensive knowledge of construction tasks, able to mentor and coach as necessary.

Willingness to handle repetitive manual tasks that often occur on the construction site.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Willing to attend OSHA and other trainings, as required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent ability to supervise and manage time of self and others

Starting pay range of $20-35/hr. Pay rate is negotiable and dependent upon experience and skill level.

Full-time employees receive 11 days (88 hours) PTO on Jan 1 every year with a prorated amount available from date of hire. Unused PTO hours do not roll over to the following year.
