Looking for framing carpentry crew for residential and light commercial construction. Looking for a crew that can:
- Frame house from start to finish.
- Read plans
- Perform work in a quality, workmanlike manner - our houses are not ultra-high end, but we take pride in delivering a quality product (ie all walls plumb, nail misses backed out, etc.)
The right crew will:
- Be responsive and professional onsite.
- Be able to work well with other trades if necessary.
- Perform work from start to finish on a given project rather from jumping from project to project.

Compensation:
$30 - $50 per hour per person depending on experience. At the higher end of the range, we expect people that need little to no oversight or help - they are able to take plans and execute.
