AC Yard Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial properties. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for working outdoors, and the physical ability to handle landscaping tasks in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform landscaping duties such as pruning, hedge trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, and edging.
-Install and maintain plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and seasonal flowers.
-Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
-Follow landscaping designs and blueprints to create aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
-Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
-Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with work performed.
-Perform seasonal tasks such a spring clean-up and leaf removal.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or related field.
-Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely.
-Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
-Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Thursday; overtime available depending on project needs.
