Preserve is hiring for a full-time PM Line Cook
Preserve is seeking a line cook to assist with evening services. The position available is an entry level position. You would be responsible for restocking the cold station upon arrival, working service with the team as well as break down and cleaning of the kitchen. The daily schedule would be from 3pm to 11pm (varying slightly by volume).
We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, has a passion to learn and works great with a team. Positive attitudes only.

A stage is required for the position. We will schedule a date for you to come and get a feel for the restaurant to make sure it would be a good fit. The time for that date would be 1pm-7pm. It will allow you to be part of food prep as well as set up for service and part of dinner.
