We are looking for Part Time & Full Time Dispatchers to join our Team of experts. We are looking for a Reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency towing and road service calls.
You will receive calls from customers in need of towing services
Connecting drivers with resources
Documenting conversations/Towbook Software
Ensuring drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help/explaining processes and procedures to drivers over the phone
You will need to understand how to read a map, roads and navigation
YOU WILL BE EVALUATED IN 90 DAYS FOR A POSSIBLE RAISE
PAID-SICK TIME AFTER 6 MONTHS
HOLIDAYS ARE PAID TIME AND A HALF AFTER 60 DAYS
PAID- VACATION AFTER 6 MONTHS
