Little Deeds Accessibility Solutions is looking for a crew leader!
Overview: We are a 'Little' but rapidly growing company with a passion for helping our neighbors age in place in their own homes with dignity.
Our team installs small-scale remodels primarily involving grab bars, handrails, and stair rails. We also do Tub Cut tub-to-shower conversions, shower head upgrades, door widening, wheelchair ramps, and small repairs that our customers are no longer able to do themselves.
Our work makes homes accessible and safe for older adults and people with disabilities. You will love love love this work in helping others.
Our crew needs a second crew leader who is experienced with running a field crew of 2-5 and is comfortable being the face of our company while in the homes of our neighbors. You will work closely with our lead tech who will also provide training and mentoring
We offer a generous gas and mileage allowance, if you choose to drive your own vehicle, a phone allowance or company phone, the best hourly pay based on experience, and full back office staff support. We want you as the best of the best!
