Federal Configuration Management and Change Management Lead Planner, TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, Annapolis Junction, MD Responsibilities: - Responsible for executing the change management process and for establishing configuration management for a large Federal Government contract.- Interface with the Customer change management process and schedule installations, upgrades, refreshes across two large data centers.- Develop a program configuration management plan and oversee its performance.- Audit both configuration management systems and our change management process to verify employees understand and follow the plans.- Responsible for annual inventory of all assets both hardware and software. Qualifications: - US Citizen, TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly.- Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.- Superior customer service skills.- Experience establishing configuration baselines and performing configuration audits.- Experience with configuration management (CM) tools.- Experience developing, maintaining, updating, and implementing CM plans and procedures.- Experience with government audits and annual inventory reports.- Understand change management processes and successfully interfaced with a Change Control Board (CCB).- Strong organizational skills and superior planning skills. Detail oriented.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.- Flexible, proactive, ability to work with minimal direction in an open and fast-paced environment.- Security+ or CISSP certified.- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products. Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management and ITIL.- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB.- Experience working in customer environment.
