We are seeking passionate and reliable workers to provide daily wellness to individuals on the autism spectrum.The full-time hourly role necessitates a minimum AA degree in a relevant field, a high school diploma, or the equivalent, along with at least three years of direct care experience for artistic youth with dual diagnoses. A valid driver’s license is required and car insurance. The candidate must possess the ability to pass a CPS, state, and federal background check upon hiring. The candidate must possess the capability to maintain a regular timetable during the week and on holidays when necessary. Some shifts might include over 8 hours. Schedule shifts: 12:00am-8:00am; 8:00am-4:00pm; 4:00pm-12:00am Skills to have: Good communication and writing skills Teamwork Problem-solving and critical thinking Professionalism Understanding behaviors The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure is important.
