Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk for a role located in Baltimore, Maryland. This role will involve handling a large volume of data entry and getting comfortable with numbers. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Google docs and MS Excel and will need to manage invoices and combine files. Responsibilities: Data entry of invoices into the system Comfortable handling a large volume of data Work with Google docs and MS Excel to manage and move data Combine files in PDF format Maintain attention to detail throughout tasks Experience with PDF files is a must Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, PDF, and Google DocsRequirements Minimum of one year experience in an accounts payable role Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes Demonstrable skills in data entry with high level of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience working with PDF documents, including editing and conversion Proficiency in using Google Docs for collaborative work Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
