The Spa Coordinator is responsible for providing elevated guest service, supporting daily spa operations, ensuring impeccable facility standards, and contributing to the overall success of the spa. This role blends front-of-house hospitality, administrative precision, facility oversight, and hands-on support for both guests and the spa team.Ideal candidates have a hospitality mindset, impeccable communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to anticipate and support the needs of a luxury spa environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & HospitalityGreet guests and provide an exceptional five-star welcome experienceGuide guests through their spa journey, including check-in, tours, lounge support, and personalized concierge-style serviceManage guest inquiries, bookings, and service recommendations with accuracy and warmthAssist with guest amenities, relaxation lounge flow, and service preparationAdministrative & Operational SupportManage spa appointments, scheduling, and confirmations using our booking softwarePerform end-of-day closing tasks, reporting, and communication logsMaintain inventory of front-of-house supplies and ensure accurate restockingAssist with coordinating group events, retreats, and VIP experiencesFacility Standards & CleanlinessReset, restock, and refresh relaxation areas throughout the dayOversee nightly closing procedures including laundry, tidying treatment suites, replenishing amenities, and ensuring the spa is pristine for the following daySupport back-of-house tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of treatmentsSocial Media & Brand SupportCapture content for spa social media (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, product features, etc.)Assist with light promotional duties, especially during events, activations, and product launches
