Job Description in CCWWe are actively seeking a Staff Augmentation and Requisitioning Specialist. A Staff Augmentation and Requisitioning Specialist provide service and support for the contingent workforce solution. Assist with overseeing the utilization of the contingent worker requisitioning tool by hiring managers, for the requisitioning of staff augmentation. Assist in the project to stand up a new contingent worker requisitioning tool. Coordinate gathering required supplier information. Maintain production ready supplier and contingent worker data. Maintain bill rate and mark up profiles. Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers.Work with hiring managers to fine-tune and/or re-write job descriptions to improve the effectiveness of finding the best candidates. Perform supplier conference calls to provide program updates, best practices, and feedback.Degree in Human Resources or related field, Certifications such as, PHR or SPHR.Responsibilities:Onboard New Contractor & Subcontract ResourcesOffboard Separating Contractor & Subcontract ResourcesContract Worker Compliance & Client OnboardingFacilitate New Contract Worker Orientation & Content ManagementSupport Contract Worker Timesheet NeedsSupport Contract Worker Requisition Life Cycle Requirements as assignedSupport Cross-functional & Collaborative Department & Organizational Projects as assignedQualificationsProfessional Qualifications:2+ years of experience in an administrative, task oriented supportive role, preferably in Procurement, Operations or HR related departmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent related work experienceDemonstrated experience working with all levels of an organizationSolid business acumen and professional presenceDemonstrated ability to keep up with market data and trendsVendor/Partner engagement and/or management preferredWorker onboarding & compliance experience preferredMust possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and be a self-starterPrior experience working with applicant tracking systems - CCW preferredOneMain Holdings, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) employer.
