Our team establishes privacy and ethics considerations from the outset of the development of our products and technology.As an Asset Governance Senior Associate, you will aid in facilitating operational integration of asset governance for internally developed assets deployed on technology platforms at PwC. This includes engaging with key risk, governance leaders to align business processes as well as working with technology leads to establish appropriate technical capabilities. Will decipher if digital assets are both properly reviewed and appropriately curated for our end users across distribution platforms.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :3 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrating thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in:Demonstrating the ability to follow and refine internal governance processes as it applies to assets distributed across PwC technology platforms;

Displaying the ability to install and configure automation technologies, including infrastructure requirements and recommendations;

Displaying the ability to conduct process automation high level assessments for automation with recommendations for benefits and savings;

Having an understanding of existing capabilities in place for publishing of assets; and,

Demonstrating stakeholder management skills;

Demonstrating the ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business requirements

Having familiarity with Business Process Mapping;

Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams;

Displaying project management experience;

Understanding integration of business process and Business Process Management solutions;

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,

Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
