We have open positions for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caring for those with developmental disabilities and helping them to live a better life. We care for individuals around the clock and have current weekend positions available in the Baltimore area . We are looking for those with reliability, integrity and heart. This includes implementation of individual plans (IP) and behavior plans (BP) in accordance with State of Maryland regulations and organizational policies and procedures. This role includes driving, cooking, cleaning, caring for fellow humans and providing personal encouragement.
We are looking for those who have: certifications in First Aid, CPR, Behavioral Principles and Strategies, clear driving record, ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs., 2 years of experience assisting people with developmental disabilities as well as ability to acquire all DDA State core trainings soon after hire.
