Job Description:
We are looking for an Area Manager to join our cleaning team. This position is key to ensuring service quality, compliance with standards, and efficient management of cleaning teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations across assigned accounts.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Manage personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Implement and monitor incentive and penalty programs.
Fill in when is needed
Control operational costs and optimize service efficiency.
Conduct periodic inspections and report findings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning supervision.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate teams effectively.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Availability to travel between different locations between MD, VA, PA
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and management tools.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
