Must be able to work responsibly and reliably under minimal supervision, when needed. Ability to multi-task, perform well under deadlines, work well as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by the owners. This position requires the qualified candidate(s) to be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance in turnover, repairs, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, installation, rehabbing, safety consciousness, steady and dependable where your efforts show reliability, self-motivation and pride. Your duties would include performance of maintaining the building, making repairs, assisting coworkers, working well under pressure to meet deadlines and ability to use a flex work schedule to accommodate after hours and weekend emergencies, all while maintaining professionalism and courtesy when dealing with residents, clients, coworkers and the general public. Must be able to work in the United States legally, have reliable transportation, tools, valid driver's license, good driving record, legible penmanship, strong interpersonal skills, ability to operate an electronic device and proficient in English, Spanish is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Background check required.
