Job Description:
Join our team! We’re looking for passionate and organized individuals to become part of our Back of House (BOH) team, responsible for creating unforgettable party experiences for our clients. As a Party Prep Person, you’ll ensure every detail is perfectly organized behind the scenes, from linens to wine glasses, stock organization, and much more.
Your Culinary Mission: As a Party Prep Person, you will:
Maintain top-quality food safety and sanitation standards to ensure all items are clean and ready for use.
Monitor and maintain organization in the warehouse, studio, and other spaces, ensuring everything is well-stocked and easily accessible.
Handle incoming goods and manage monthly inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and timely replenishment.
Keep the kitchen and furniture rooms in pristine condition while also maintaining common areas and the studio.
Communicate effectively with management to ensure everything is prepared and ready for events.
Operate kitchen and laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of housekeeping or similar experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Inventory management experience.
