REO/PFC PROPERTY PRESERVATION
Scope of duties include, but are not limited to:
Lock Changes
Trash-Outs(debris removal)
Lawn Care
Maid Service
General Repairs(handyman services)
Window and Door Boarding
TIMELY WORK ORDER PROCESSING
Winterizations/De-winterizations
REQUIREMENTS:
Must carry General Liability Insurance
Must have Aspen ABC Number
Must Possess the necessary equipment and supplies
Be responsible, prompt and dependable
Be able to take and upload photos promptly per job
References will be requested
Must be able to pass background check
