Must be experienced. Part time job would be perfect for a mother/father, retiree, or anyone looking for a lucrative part time side hustle. The job requires reporting to and working in our office located in the Gambrills, MD area. (Tentative schedule 3 days per week, 5 hours per day).
Responsibilities:
Call established and new potential customers
Set appointments and/or get agreement to send information & contact in the future
Enter information and conversation details in database
Research to find people in charge of target areas
Soft sell and finesse existing and new clients - no hard closes
Have a positive and pleasant demeanor
Bring experience and sales knowledge
Work out of our office in the Gambrills area, close to Waugh Chapel
Work three days a week for five hours per shift
Typical shift in the office three days per week during business hours
Some variables/flexibilities in work schedule - to help accommodate with your life schedule
Compensation:
$15-$20 per hour based on experience
$10-$20 per estimate on initial meeting
Determined incentive based on large projects
Paid initial and ongoing training
We are a commercial restoration company that specializes in leaks and cracks. We have been in business for almost 20 years and service the Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia area.
