Maintenance Technician

National Property Management Company seeks experienced Maintenance Technicians for the Baltimore, Maryland area. Must have experience with apartment maintenance which includes, but is not limited to: Painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repairs, appliance repairs, make readies of apartment turnovers and more. Candidates should have a minimal of 2-3 years of experience in this field. All candidates considered for positions will need to pass the drug test and criminal background check.
