The Opportunity

Available Roles:
Armed Security Guards (Requires active MD Wear & Carry Permit)
Unarmed Security Guards (Requires active MD Guard Card)
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol & Monitor: Perform regular hourly rounds and monitor visitors entering facilities to ensure safety.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
Access Control: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access points and deterring potential criminal activity.
Customer Service: Act as a visible, professional presence for residents, staff, and customers.
Requirements:
Licensing: Must possess a current Maryland Security Guard Agency certification/card or Handgun Permit.
Reliability: Must be punctual, ensuring all assigned shifts are covered and clocked in/out on time.
Experience: Prior experience in urban security services is highly preferred.
Professionalism: Ability to carry out duties in a diligent manner and maintain positive relationships with clients.
