Seeking a full-time maintenance personnel with carpentry skills. Duties include drywall installation, painting, exterior repairs such as decks and siding, etc. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours (compensated at $75//hr).
Requirements
1. 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
2. Plumbing & electrical knowledge a plus
3. Should be comfortable working at heights and on ladders
4. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
5. Must have reliable transportation to work.
6. Must have basic carpentry tools and cordless tools
7. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States
8. Post conditional offer background check and pre-employment drug screening required
Benefits:
$75 per hour for hours deployed in call after hours
