Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities, using AppFolio. Prior experience with the app is not required. We will show you what is needed.
Turnover repairs - including but not limited to: Painting w/ and w/out Sprayer, Appliance Installation, Drywall Repairs, Smoke Detector Replacements, minor Plumbing and Electrical, installing flooring, Changing locks/deadbolts, Cabinet Installs.
