Abacus Staffing is hiring for Forklift Order Picker Operators to support warehouse operations in a high-volume facility specializing in multi-product distribution Center. This role requires experience operating a Forklift Order Picker to safely handle and move heavy, delicate products without causing damage.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Forklift Order Picker to select orders throughout the warehouse
Carefully maneuver products to prevent tipping, scratches, or other damage
Follow proper stacking techniques and warehouse layout for efficient product placement
Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure safety and functionality
Assist in inventory tracking, scanning, and cycle counts
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all OSHA and facility safety guidelines
Support general warehouse tasks as needed when not on the forklift Order Picker
Qualifications:
Recent experience operating a Order Picker forklift, preferably in a multi-product goods environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
Attention to detail and safety awareness are a must
High school diploma or GED preferred
