This position is based out of our home office in Bethesda, MD.  We offer a hybrid work schedule.  This role is not remote eligibleReporting into the Vice President, Talent Strategy, this role is a key strategic thinker who can identify untapped talent as well as build lasting relationships with future talent whether internally or externally.  The Director of Talent will oversee the direct recruitment strategy within Auberge Resorts with a focus on creating the ultimate candidate experience while managing a bench of executive openings.  This TA leader will partner with our most senior leaders to help mold their hiring decisions as our organization goes through significant growth.  Talent Acquisition - 80% Lead the talent acquisition function for our collection, managing processes and systems to drive a seamless and impactful candidate experience Responsible for the direct oversight of the executive search function (full life cycle) with a focus on Director level positions for the Home Office & field operations Prepare for upcoming key openings within the field operationsPartner with our Openings team to assist with key pre-opening recruitment efforts, strategies and career fairs Build a talent community of diverse and talented leaders who share our purpose and passion for the pursuit of excellenceConduct weekly talent sourcing calls with key hiring managers to collaborate on status of critical rolesTalent Management - 20% Assist with internal succession planning and candidate mapping as we prepare our internal team members for growth Partner with SR Director, Talent Management on key projects and initiatives Develop Auberge Resorts selection & interview criteria to ensure candidate experience is consistent and hiring managers are making hiring decisions based on criteria and brand expectationsThe Director, Talent role offer a base salary range of $140k-155k plus an annual bonus as well as comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance and an employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
