Description We are in search of a Paralegal to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. The role involves a wide range of tasks in the legal industry, including managing board and committee meetings, maintaining corporate records, and handling various subsidiary matters. Responsibilities: Organize and manage board and committee meetings, ensuring materials, minutes, and resolutions are prepared and maintained efficiently Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for directors Maintain and update corporate records in a timely manner Provide support for SEC filings Coordinate annual shareholder meetings to ensure smooth operations Manage matters related to domestic subsidiaries such as formations, dissolutions, and filings Maintain legal entity documentation and ensure compliance with regulations Track contracts and licenses, ensuring they are up to date and compliant Provide support for governance-related inquiries.
