Job Details:
Position: Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Based in Cambridge, Maryland (travel within the service area required)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay starting at $17 per hour, with potential for bonuses (based on experience and performance).
What You’ll Do:
Perform professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
Use specialized equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results.
Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Maintain equipment and uphold safety standards on the job.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable working on ladders and heights (training provided).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Must be drug-free; we conduct regular drug testing.
Previous experience in cleaning services is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
