Due to the growth of our practice The Orthopedic Center is currently recruiting for the position of Clinical Support. This position participates in direct and indirect patient care.DUTIES INCLUDE:
Ordering diagnostic tests as directed
Completing patient paperwork
Fax and mail correspondence for patients
Documenting reason for visit and patient history
Assisting provider and medical assistant as needed and per direction
Providing education to patient and family members
Cleaning and maintaining patient rooms
Provide Triage service to patients relating to health care questions and prescriptions within office protocol
Accurately enter documentation into EHR system
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Highly qualified applicants should have acurrent medical assistant certification or applicable experience, great customer service skills, capacity to multi-task, general computer skills, the ability to adhere to federal and state privacy laws, and a genuine desire to improve the well-being of our patients.
