Up-Up N Away Commercial Cleaning is actively hiring independent contractors to assist with commercial & residential cleaning and microbial fogging/disinfection services.
This is NOT a part-time employee position.
This is a 1099 contractor role, perfect for someone who wants:
Flexible, on-call work
Extra income
Evening, weekend, or daytime cleaning jobs as available
Short projects, deep cleans, and specialty fogging assignments
You choose what jobs you want to accept.
What You Will Be Doing
Cleaning Services:
General commercial & residential cleaning
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming hallways and offices
Restroom cleaning
Gym & lobby cleaning
Deep cleaning as needed (vents, baseboards, high dusting)
Microbial Fogging / Disinfection:
Operating fogging equipment (training provided)
Wearing PPE and following all safety protocols
Preparing, fogging, and closing out job sites properly
Compensation
Pay range: $17.50–$22.00/hour depending on job
Fogging jobs may pay slightly higher
Paid within 24–48 hours after job completion (depending on job type)
Contractors are paid per job or per hour, depending on assignment
You may accept or decline any job
Requirements (Contractors Only)
18+ years old
Reliable transportation
Able to pass a basic background check
Smartphone required for communication
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
Comfortable wearing PPE and handling disinfectants
Must be dependable and professional at all times
Must sign a 1099 contractor agreement
Not required but helpful:
Prior cleaning experience
Fogging/disinfection experience
Flexibility for evening or weekend jobs
