Local Property Management Company looking for RELIABLE, skilled General Laborer Contractors who has the skills, tools, and labor force to handle several residential renovation projects at a time.
Fully Licensed and Insured. Ability to work on projects with tight deadlines
You MUST have your own tools and MUST have your own truck to transport material. We are looking for someone who can START IMMEDIATELY.
o Installing Flooring (Vinyl Plank)
o Painting
o Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses
o Light fixtures
o Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals
o Caulking
o Minor carpentry repairs
o Window screens and blinds
Property is located in Mt. Airy, Maryland. We are looking for someone who is LOCAL no more than about 10-15 min.
