<<>> We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Shop Print Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sign production, printing, and fabrication. As a Sign Shop Print Specialist, you will be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring the quality of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and other sign production equipment.
- Prepare and set up files for printing, ensuring accuracy and color consistency.
- Primary duties to ultimately include operating a flatbed ADA printer
- Apply and install vinyl graphics on various substrates, including vehicles, windows, and walls.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ordering as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sign shop or similar printing environment.
- Proficiency with large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and related software (e.g., CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Physical ability to handle materials and perform installations, including lifting up to 50-100 pounds.
- Knowledge of color management and print production processes.
- Technical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
>All potential candidates will undergo a background check and drug testing paid by the offering Company. Payroll is every two weeks via direct deposit. Benefits, PTO, paid Holidays and Company contribution to IRA are offered. Our Full time hours are Tuesday - Friday 7-5pm. Includes paid 1/2 hr lunch and breaks.
