-Mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
-Basic electrical work
-Tile and flooring installation
-Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
-General construction
Requirements:
-5+ years of relevant experienced preferred
-Strong work ethic
-Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently from a team
-Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
