AECOM is seeking a Contract Administration Manager to support our Federal Contracts Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risks for our organization.This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of in-office and remote scheduling and can be based in, but not limited to: Arlington, VA; Germantown, MD; Greenville, SC; Glen Allen, VA ; Roanoke, VA.Job Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:Lead the development, review, and negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret contract terms and provide guidance on contractual obligationsDevelop and implement contract management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risksMonitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risksManage a team of contract specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality contract administrationConduct regular contract audits and prepare comprehensive reports for senior managementServe as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and dispute resolutionStay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvementCoordinate with legal counsel on complex contractual matters and litigation support when necessary
