Develops organizational budget and maintains financial records and develops, implements, and/or maintains organizational records.Serves as the primary point of contact for employees within the work unit regarding administrative and/or management subject matter information, issues and/or resolution.Conducts studies and develops recommendations using the application of appropriate methodologies.Resolves a range of administrative and/or management subject matter problems that require the application of logical thinking in order to break down the problem into its component parts.May lead and/or serve on team as the subject matter specialist/representative or expert as appropriate.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentYou must meet qualifications requirements by the closing date of this announcement.QualificationsApplicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-14), which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.Experience in facilitating the planning, developing, and implementing of hiring strategies and approaches for personnel.Experience with programs or processes for rotational assignments, personnel details, skills sharing; and training approaches, programs or processes to include leadership and career development aspects.Experience with interfacing and serving on teams for discussions and action on current and future initiatives related to employee development, communications, and workforce capabilities.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience.
